I've had the Stereo Memory Man with Hazarai for couple of years now. I bought from Philadephia while on tour there with Kemialliset Ystävät. It's the best loop pedal I've had so far. I've tested quite a few and this one definately suits my style of playing. One thing that I've come to hate about it though are the footswitches. They are extremely loud. It's annoyed me up to the point that I started looking for a new loop pedal. I'm sure for a guitar hero playing his screaming licks and looping an infinite dragons fire until 6am they're fine. But for a hippie love child like myself who mostly likes to burn candles on stage and record and loop the match that lights it... they are way too loud.

I bought the D|Focus along with the marking disc & reference pin already in January 2010 and have used it on every single one of my shoots since I got it. Mine is V2 but there is a newer V3 already out. So I'm sure it's only gotten better with the update.
This is the first video made to promote Islaja's new album Keraaminen Pää. Making this video was a special occasion and I felt really really excited cause I got an opportunity to shoot with a Red One camera.
I was contacted by Hannu Kälkäjä of Hangrip a few months ago and he asked me to review some of their products on my web site.
FedEx dropped off the Glidetrack SD a few days ago. Took less than a week from the moment I made the order online to arrive to Finland from UK, fast service! I bought it specially for a music video I'm shooting end of April where I wanted to have very slow moving shots.
Since I graduated from school in 2005 I haven't really been able to afford to shoot on film anymore. I made a big investment in 2008 and got a Sony EX1 and a Letus Extreme and a bunch of good Canon FD lenses. A year later I sold the EX1 and the Letus and got the Panasonic GH1. Here's a little write-up on my impressions after half a year of use.
I got this from a chinese vendor over eBay. Here is the link: GH1 Timer/Remote It's really quite cheap. About 35 euros with international shipping included.
Scythes is basically a four channel tremolo. What makes it different from a tremolo is that each channel is independent. You can run a stereo audio through it and it will slice the audio. You can control all the intervals of audio and silence independent from each other...
Everyone who has sees the Akai Headrush pedal would propably not buy one... I tested the machine in the store and decided that the guys who've made this really new what to to put inside the box. I had to customise it the day I bought it to bare touch the gadget...
This is something I built that turned out really excellent sounding. I used it a lot playing live. Not so much on the albums though.
The box is made out of thin plywood and the slices you pluck are cut from an old saw. I left them so that they can be easlily moved and thus tuned a bit.
